How to prepare: Put the mango, 1/2 yogurt, water, lime rind and 2 tablespoons of honey in a blender and process them together, while constantly stirring until smooth. Pour the mixture in a set of 4 glasses followed by placing them in a freezer. Wash the blender and put 1/4 yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, kiwi fruit, and baby spinach and repeat the same as mentioned earlier. Mix the two obtained mixtures and add some slices of kiwi fruits to make the drink look better.

3. Green Tea Cranberry Spritzer:
 
What you need: 4 green tea bags, 1/2 cup of cranberry juice, 3 cups of chilled seltzer, 1/3 cups of sugar and water each.

How to prepare: Boil water in a utensil and add sugar to the boiled water followed by stirring until sugar dissolves. Divide this water into 4 cups and keep a green tea bag in each glass for 2 minutes, after the water cools down. Add cranberry juice to each glass and finish it with the addition of chilled seltzer.

4. Green Tea, Almond, and Blue Berry Smoothie:
 
What you need: 2 green tea bags, 2 cups of fresh blueberries, fat-free vanilla yogurt, almonds, flax seeds, ice cubes and 3/4 cup of water.

How to prepare: Boil the water in a utensil and then pour it into a glass. Keep tea green bags to this water for about 4 minutes. Keep the tea overnight in a refrigerator to chill. Now add water, ginger, lemongrass, and sugar, all together in a utensil and boil the mixture. Add ice cubes for immediately chilled serving or keep the tea in your refrigerator until chilled to serve later.

What you need: 1 orange, 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves, 1 teaspoon of dry and crumbled rose and hibiscus petals, 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of non-caloric artificial sweetener (optional)

How to prepare: Peel of the skin from the orange via a vegetable peeler or any instrument of your choice, like a knife. Let the rind of the orange dry for a day and grind them nicely.
